Heartburn from working out? |
I'm a 36 year old woman who has recently (4 weeks ago) started working out 3x a week. Mostly cardio - treadmill, bike for a hour. Haven't changed my eating habits, just really looking to be healthier overall. But for the past week or so, I've had bad heartburn (never, ever had it in my life before) with some episodes of vomiting. Don't eat and then work-out. Snack and then eat afterward. yes anytime you have juices in your stomach,and doing exercises,working bent over your at risk for a erosion...I'm sorry that's what it is!!!the older you are the intense it may become....good luck................... |

Pepcid complete is actually a two medicine thing. The first is an antacid that neutralizes acid in the stomach immediately and the second actually shuts off the production of acid. Your heartburn... It sounds like it is irritation and or possible damage to your throat from the tube put down your throat during your surgery. I would call your surgeons office and talk to his/her nurse. GOOD L... weight has a lot to do with heart burn so that is probably why you don't have it anymore, since you've lost weight. Have you been tested for krohn's or irritable bowel syndrome? ... |
