Sudden heartburn?

I have had heartburn before but never like this, I can't even burp sometimes and I have been getting really bad pains in my stomache, usally in the lower left but last night it went also to the right. and then out of nowhere I started to get a really bad tension migrain. all this in the past week or so and I have never had it this bad and it won't go away, the pain just keeps getting worse.
No matter what I eat I get a few bites in and I start to hurt really bad, also I am really irregular with my period and the doc. said it shouldn't cause problems but I haven't had a period for almost 2 months I'm not pregnant. could this cause problems or maybe the heartburn or headaches?

It sounds like you have an exacerbation of a chronic hyperacidity/ heartburn. I am sure your doctor has given you the necessary medication and advice re. the first line of treatment.

I do not like the sound that it is now radiating to the right.

You must get back to your doctor and let him sort out 1.whether it is the same problem but with an increasing severity or 2. The presence of another problem that would be better to sort out early.
