Heartburn and Drinking???

I went out this weekend with a group of people and drank a number of Gin & Tonics. Since that night (3 days ago) I have had extreme heartburn everytime I eat anything (including, salad, fruit, pizza, etc...). It feels as though I have little shreds of glass in my chest. Could this be caused by drinking? I've never had heartburn in the past!

Yes, I am a drinker as well and you should eat at least two yogurts a day and stop drinking for some time maybe a month while the lactobacilis bacteria do their job in your stomach. Once some time has passed then you can go back to drinking but you must eat yogurt daily if you don't want to develop an ulcer.

Good luck and Cheers!!!

I AM A NURSE AND CAN TELL YOU THAT EXCESSIVE DRINKING CAN LEAD TO AN EXACERBATION IN BLOOD PRESSURE, I CAN'T TELL YOU WHAT TO DO R/T MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS BUT I CAN TELL YOU WHAT I WOULD DO, A GOOD COLON CLEANSE TO FLUSH OUT TOXINS AND A LITTLE BAKING SODA IN WATER TO HELP WITH THE ACID-BASE BALANCE IN THE BODY, YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO, JUST TRUST IN YOURSELF TO KNOW YOUR BODY AND YOU WILL KNOW WHAT TO DO, INCREASE WATER CONSUMPTION ALSO,
