Heartburn, is buttermilk good for you? |
Im 16 years old suffering from heartburn would buttermilk be good for u for relief, can u suggest me anything else? what should i be taking and what shouldn't i be taking? Buttermilk is very fattening. try some OTC anti acids. If you have heart burn a lot, go to the doctor to rule out anything serious, and he can prescribe a preventative medication. I've heard that Apple Cider Vinegar with water is good for heartburn. Type "apple cider vinegar" into a search engine and look for all the testimonials from people who swear by this method.
