Heartburn Remedies (Details inside) Help!!?

My relative has just had an operation on her kidney so she has to take antibiotics. These antibiotics give her serious heartburn and when she tried to take some of my Tums, they hurt her abscessed tooth (lucky her D:) like mad. I was wondering if anyone had some kind of natural remedy or heartburn pills that don't contain ingredients that can really hurt your teeth?? I read that some guy ate some kind of apple and it cured his heartburn.. does anyone know about this apple?? Thank you so much

She might want to take Tagament or Pepcid. They take longer to work but she wouldn't have to chew. Plus in the long run tums will increase the acid in your stomach over time and use. Been there done that.

Try pickles or pickle juice (just a sip will do it).
