Heartburn Symptoms? |
Could some one tell me the symptoms for heartburn, and ways to put out the fire This what you can look for: I have had a lot of problems about this lately, it even keeps me awake at night. I just try not to eat alot of greasy foods, and no fried foods. also, coffee and cigarettes make it alot worse. As from what I know, a heartburn is when you feel some sort of "heat" at the level of the sternum/centre of chest (where your heart is, i.e.) when in fact, it's the upper tip of your stomach that's as if "burning" due to contents of the stomach travelling up your gullet. (There's absolutely nothing to do with your heart). If you have heart burn, you might also have a bitter taste in your mouth. |
