Bad heartburn and stomache aches latley?

latley In the last few months i have had heartburn, which I never had before, and bloating feelings, like gas, also some small pain everyonce in a while on my left side after eating or drinking alot

Im 20, drink alc a good amount, and also have gained about 60 lbs in the last couple years

Could be acid reflux, could be IBS could be a lot of things. You should go see a doctor. They will probably recommend an upper GI & a small bowel exam which consists of drinking a contrast solution like barium after & during which they'll take x-rays to try to diagnose the problem. Also, you could try taking Prilosec for the heartburn (that's what my Dr. recommended) & Phazyme for the bloating/gas (both are over the counter meds)

Could be gallbladder but only an MD can diagnose this. We here on answers sure can't.

you need to see your doctor, alot of people do not realize and think it may be heartburn but it may an issue with your heart relating to heart disease, it may be an ulcer but there's no telling until you have tests done.
