For one day, time how often you masturbate and the times you do it. Keep a journal. Then, the next day, try to stretch out the time. Like, if you do it once an hour, try and wait an hour and ten minutes. Each day, wait longer. Every three days or so, try to masturbate one less time. Try and replace your behavior with something else, like walking or writing in your journal. Also, try and figure out what triggers the need to masturbate. Are you anxious? Sad? Angry? Just a teenager? Also, ask your doctor if masturbation is making your problem worse: it may not be. |
