How can i lose at least 30 pounds in 3 - 4 months???

i am 13 and i weigh 170 to 180. people have said i don't look that fat, like 140-150. i just got done on a punching bag and ab lounge for about 30-45 minutes. i am a male. the most weight is in my thighs and stomach ia have a bunch of stretch marks on my inner thighs and the sides of my hips. i have bicosbid aordic valve heart disease, so i cna't run for a long time, i can't do much excersise, but i try to drink a lot of witer and eat a lot of fruit but at my house there are so many things that are good and tasty but they are SO FATTENING. so anyone have any ideas???

I'm not an expert but maybe I can give you a few tips. First of all I have to say it's really good that you want to loose weight now.
Drinking water is really good; try not to drink sodas anymore. That鈥檚 really the worst thing you can do. I know that can be hard because sometimes you just get the taste for it, but try to stay away. Good that you eat fruits, try to eat some vegetables too. I'm sure there is a kind you like. Generally try to eat smaller portions; this is one of the reasons why so many people get overweight. Before you eat a meal, drink a glass of water. That will give you the feeling of fullness. When you get in the mood for snacks, like potato chips, don't buy the fried kind. Buy baked potato chips or pretzels. They are not as fattening. Also don't eat the whole bag. Take a small bowl and fill it so you see how much you eat and can control it. Otherwise you will end up eating the whole bag. Carrots or apples are a good snack too though, which would be even better. You should speak with you family not to buy too much fattening stuff anymore. There are always good alternatives. I hope they help you out. Fish is really healthy, none fattening and delicious. Instead of fries eat rice or potatoes. When you get in the mood for ice cream, just have a Popsicle or freeze some yoghurt. Try not to eat too late. I don't know what time you go to bed and what your habits are, but don't eat before going to bed. Brush your teeth early that might stop you to have one more snack.
Sport is really good and without you won't be successful. You don't have to run, but try to walk as much as you can. No need to walk fast, just don't drive everywhere. Do you have friends, brothers or sisters? Go outside and throw some balls, play badminton or anything like that. When you have a bike you should use it. Just drive through your neighborhood, to the school or supermarket. Little things like that will make a huge difference. Everybody can do it and it鈥檚 never too late. Don't give up if you don't see success after 1 week or 2. Keep going!!! Oh and don't rely on a scale to much. They make you sick. Muscle weights more than fat and with the punching bag you'll gain muscles. I'm sure you can tell in your clothes if you lost weight. Good luck!!!

i wouldn't be able to tell ya but i lost about 20 lbs in 2 WEEKS. pretty freakin fast, huh?

Clean your house and you will lose. I cleaned my parents house for 2 weeks and lost 20 pounds. I also ate very lite in the morning, medium size meal mid-day and small, healthy snack in the afternoon. Drank one glass of water every hour and a half.
