How can i lose at least 30 pounds in 3 - 4 months??? |
i am 13 and i weigh 170 to 180. people have said i don't look that fat, like 140-150. i just got done on a punching bag and ab lounge for about 30-45 minutes. i am a male. the most weight is in my thighs and stomach ia have a bunch of stretch marks on my inner thighs and the sides of my hips. i have bicosbid aordic valve heart disease, so i cna't run for a long time, i can't do much excersise, but i try to drink a lot of witer and eat a lot of fruit but at my house there are so many things that are good and tasty but they are SO FATTENING. so anyone have any ideas??? I'm not an expert but maybe I can give you a few tips. First of all I have to say it's really good that you want to loose weight now. i wouldn't be able to tell ya but i lost about 20 lbs in 2 WEEKS. pretty freakin fast, huh? Clean your house and you will lose. I cleaned my parents house for 2 weeks and lost 20 pounds. I also ate very lite in the morning, medium size meal mid-day and small, healthy snack in the afternoon. Drank one glass of water every hour and a half. |
