I don't have Parkinson's Disease but...? |
My head bobs. I know it sounds crazy (that's what the nurse said at the doctor's) but it does. It usually bothers me when I'm sitting still, like at church, when I'm on my computer, watching TV etc. My current doctor thought it was probably Parkinson's but a neurologist checked me out and said no way. Another doctor's said it had something to do with a valve in my heart. I do have a slight leakage but nothing to worry about. Is this possibly what it could be? Does anyone else have this problem? I can put up with it but still it concerns me. I really don't want to take medicine for it if it's not necessary. Thanks. Let me give you some possible answers based on statistics. It is most likely that you are experiencing something called "essential tremor." It is inconvenient, but not life threatening to people that have it. |
