What's worse: fatal disease or fatal surgery?

Ex:

Fatal leukemia or fatal heart valve surgery?

Plz show some evidence...do NOT post ure opinion...

Leukemia, you have to feel the pain of dying. And you never know when death is coming. But really anything fatal is pretty bad.

There is No evidence that would should which one is worse.
Which one is worse is ALL a matter of OPINION!

Well, I don't have any evidence. Just commonsense. Fatal disease is worse cos like brain or lung cancer it could leave you to linger in horrific pain for maybe months or years. Fatal surgery would be far preferable cos it would be rather swift, no lingering in pain. You know, they don't succeed, you die .........

Well, the surgery for obvious reasons.

If the surgery is fatal then you are dead in the operating room.

Leukemia is a progressive disease (and not always fatal) but progressive means it takes time.

So in terms of time, a fatal surgery is obviously worse.

But if you are worrying about pain and suffering then it's the Leukemia. Not much pain and suffering when you die on the operating table under anethesia.

So it depends how you look at the scenerios.
