I'm i being poisoned or what could be wrong with me?

Friday night I had a lot of booze and sex cos i went clubbing with my friends, the next day i started having left sided chest pain that makes me feel weak, I am 32 yrs old, in my teenages i had rheumatic fever which almost progressed to rheumatic heart disease cos i was having chest pains. I stopped smoking for about a 2 weeks as adviced by my doctor but friday night i finished a pack cos i just wanted to have fun one last time cos i really enjoy smoking and drinking. I've not smoked today but the chest pain seems to be getting worse, i don't want to go to the doctor cos i made up my mind i won't c the doctor again thats y i decided to quit smoking, cos i know if i quit i won't need my doctor again, but what is actually wrong with me, do i have a weak valve or something more sinister, or maybe my friends are poisoning me cos these pains only occur when i hang out with my friends

your doctor recommended you stop smoking for a reason. if you have heart disease the nicotine from the tobacco is slowly eating away the muscle. I would recommend you look up a picture of a smoker's lungs and heart to get a better idea. Stress, exciting enviroments (clubbing), alcohol (thins the blood out making your heart work harder to keep you warm), and sex (increases heart bpm 4xs).

You have a very serious disease and need to drastically change your lifestyle. Is it really worth one more night of "fun" compared to living 30+ years??

If your friends can't find something to do that everyone enjoys which doesn't include sex, alcohol, and who knows what else......then see about new friends who can take your limitations into account. Trust me partying gets old quick! Look into something that can be done that perhaps helps you to grow as a person.

Are you serious? Its your lifestyle that is poisoning you not your friends! Give up smoking and drinking and maybe your heart will be ok.

I have a heart condition also and I get sharp pains up & down my arm(Left side) & sometimes it feels like someone is stabbinbg me in the heart. I stopped smoking on Dr's advice as well as caffeine and felt better. I am now smoking again & the pains are back see the similarity? Also partying hard and drinking to excess can cause u 2 feel this way but i doubt ur friends r poisioning u. I would however consider seeing a cardiologist to have tests done cuz u cannot determine if u have a weak valve on ur own

I can say you definitely that this is due to your smoking. You should always obey your doctors words. Ok since you had rheumatic fever you should avoid smoking or else you are going to feel sad for it soon or later. Many ways are there to stop smoking. Nicotine gums and patch. Try it with confidence, you will win your life. For more details to stop smoking visit http://healthcare2u.net/stop_smoking.htm...

Rosie gave you some good advice, time to sit on the porch and watch the big dogs run.
If you meet your friends in a bar for good times or walk around with a bottle of beer in your hand, time to change your lifestyle, you are too young to go self destructive.
If you think your friends could be poisoning with anything other then booze time for new friends.
