Heart Surgery Diet...Is It Safe? |
A co-worker gave me a copy of that diet that is supposed to be for heart surgery patients to drop weight dramatically before their surgery. I am not having heart surgery, I just want to lose weight. Does it even work? Is it safe for me to do this? And what kind of effect with be had on my skin (I'm afraid of sagging) if I lose that much weight rapidly? Will working out in addition to following the diet plan help with that? Any advice has would be great. Thanks! Of course it's not safe. If it were, there wouldn't be so many precautions taken.
