The hospital where it took place your open heart surgery.?

For those who had operated (heart surgery) during infancy, early adulthood and teen age (please specify your age the time you had undergone surgery), please let me know the hospital where you received the medical care and where you are confined, your attending Cardiologist and Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgeon.

My surgery was done in 1981 at age three at boston childrens hospital, my daughters was done in 1999 at four months at St josephs childrens hosp in tampa florida. I do not remember the name of my surgeon, but unfortunately my daughters surgeon was killed in a car accident a year or so after she was repaired. It was very sad, all the little hearts he fixed and his unfortunate fate.
