Is there a such thing as a periodical heart murmur?

I found out 3 years ago that I had a heart murmur, then when I started school they let me know that I had one as well, and I told them that I was already aware. Then I went to the dentist and I told her that I had a murmur and she wanted to know the extent of it so she is not responsible for me losing blood and going to the e.r. When I went back to find out how bad it was they had told me that I no longer had one that it is a periodical murmur and I can't seem to find anything on it.

Some Murmurs and even Clicks can be antagonistic. Meaning they only occur during periods of stress or hyperactivity.

Yes... My Mother is a CNA and says there is...

Yes, my sister has one. The only time hers acts up is when she is sick. She is 37 years old. She has had hers since she was a little girl. She has had no problems. A heart murmur is an abnormal heart sound that results from the turbulent flow of blood through the heart. Heart murmurs are usually detected by a physician using a stethoscope to listen to the heartbeat. Most heart murmurs are harmless or 鈥渋nnocent,鈥?which means they are not associated with a disease or condition of the heart. Many, if not most, children will have a heart murmur at some point in their lives. There could of course be more reasons including underlying diseases, but your doctor would have let you know. You can read more about it on the following website.

yes there is such a thing
however your dentist story lacks elements of truth
there is no bleeding associated with heart murmers
and no connection to gums/teeth
sounds like a case of melodrama to me!!!
