My grandmas has heart failure,is on kidney dialysis..she 73 what are her chances?

my grandma is 73. shes been in the hospital for about a week now. my grandpa brought here in thinking she had a stroke.over the week shes been getting worse..she got better for about a day and they were talking about putting her in step down icu (shes in icu now) it started off with a stroke.then her kidneys decided to shut down and now there are saying heart failure.shes had surgery in the past to unclog the veins in her neck.so they are not doing surgery on here at all..I know her chances are slim.. but how long. no one is telling me this..

It could be anyday. No one can accurately predict when someone's going to pass. It doesn't sound good for your grandma, and I'm really sorry.
(hugs)

The odds are going down as we speak. It's not a good sign.. Just pray for the best.

Less than 3 weeks.

Hi there - I am sorry to hear about your poor grandma, You say noone is telling you anything. Typical - this is what happend to my father, one day he was struggling to live and the next morning he was dead, his symptoms were similar to your granmas.
I have searched the net to see if there is any information that can help you and I have put them on here for you:-
I do hope that they will be able to give you an idea about things. & I send you a big hug too xx
