You can do things to improve and strengthen your heart. You might not be able to reverse the damage but you can slow it down on stop it from getting worse. Ask your Cardiologist to refer you to a trainer or physical therapist who knows what there doing with heart patients and work with him or her to help yourself be the best you can be. Good Luck. I've had heart conditions since birth and I'm 56 years old. Congestive Heart Failure happens when water collects in a sac surrounding the heart called the peritoneum. This restricts the hearts pumping ability. You need to be on medications and under a doctors care immediately. If not the water can build up and it actually strangles the heart from pumping and you die. Seek professional help. If you were diagnosed and not given proper advice or medications to help you seek a second opinion. |
