When you experience having redness evrytym you feel that your heart beats fast,is it heart failure?

verytym I'm nervous or even tired, I'm geting rd..And, his runs all over my body..Then, I suddenly feel that the reddish parts of my body(cause of something unusual reaction from my body) are getting warm and even warmer..This just stops if I get ventilated or feel cool air.. This really happens to me often times in school.. Is this a sign of heart failure? Actually,my dad died because of heart failure.

This is NOT the presentation of heart failure.

But they are the symptoms of an irregular fast heartbeat called ARRYTHMIA uccurimg episodically.

This doesn't sound like heart failure, but the racing heart sounds like you need a better diet.

Your heart is a muscle, like any muscle it needs to be fed to run well.

Eat a well balanced diet, meat, carbs, potassium. Just eat food of all colors. The colors each have vitamins and minerals you need.

Take a good quality multivitamin every day to help balance your diet. Vitamins do work wonders in making you feel better.
