Help! 4 yr old has heart defect and may be having prob.'s?

my 4 year old usually has a healthy appetite, but has recently stopped eating. i dont mean he skips meals, he actually doesnt eat. i made him cereal this morn., which he didnt even take a bite of, a personal pizza for lunch, didnt touch it and chicken nuggets w/ a dinner roll 4 dinner, and he ate 2 chicken nuggets...this has been happening for awhile now, ill make subs and french fries and he will eat 2 fries and a bite of the bread. he has 2 holes in his heart, (v.s.d.), and has been back to the cardiologist about a year ago and both holes were still there and have not changed in size. he has also been waking in the night complaining of leg pain. he is also under a nuerologists care for a siezure/breathing disorder where he cries and cannot catch his breath, and will actually have a siezure. theyre still tring to figure that out.(breath holding has been ruled out due to the other siezure activity during these spells.) can anyone help? his doc's wont help or listen, they say hell be ok

If you are really worried, which if that was my son I would be , see a different doctor. If you feel that your child has a problem and doctors arn't listening keep making appointments and telling them the problem over and over until they do something about it. Or take him to another doctor, until you get answers. I would, even if it ends up to be nothing, it's better that way. Sometimes kids refuse to eat for unknown reasons, I have four boys and they all went through and still do, the not hungry stages they usually last a couple of days or so. If you notice somethings really wrong get answers. God Bless you and your baby!
