Does any one know what they call the congenital heart defect that causes a person to have thin arteries?

the disease may be Angina Pectoris: Pain due to narrowing of coronary arteries secondary to aortic stenosis or low pressure; may also be due to sevgere anemia, hyperthyroidism, or excercise

Symptoms: Crushing chest pain, palpitations, faintness, dyspnea, levine鈥檚 sign (fist to chest), diaphoresis, increased BP, abnormal EKG, evident cardiac disease

Congenital heart disease, also called congenital heart defect, includes a variety of malformations of the heart or its major blood vessels that are present at birth.

These are three things concerned with narrowing of artery or veins.


Aortic Stenosis:
The aortic valve is stiffened and has a narrowed opening


Coarctation of the Aorta:
Narrowing of a portion of the aorta, and often seriously decreases the blood flow from the heart out to the lower portion of the body.

Pulmonary Stenosis
The pulmonic valve is stiffened and has a narrowed opening (a condition called stenosis).
