Heart Attack and Stroke Theory?

I have a theory about heart attacks and strokes.
A heart attack or a stroke happens when the veins or arteries clot up. so my theory is that, wouldnt frequent massages reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke?
Sort of how you start squeezing a straw to move the stuck piece of paper spitball. so if a person where to get massages in important parts such as the arms, back, legs and shoulders they could begin to "smooth" out the veins or arteries therefore reducing heart attack or stroke. right?
Im not sure i explained correctly
Feel free to correct me on this

Sounds good!... But the Plaque build up locks into place in the vein's, shutting off the blood supplies, then clots start to form..That's why the Dr wants you to take a aspirin everyday to "thin the Blood"....Stay away from Vitiman "K", it clots the blood and thickens it too...( Most Green Veggies like Broccoli is high in Vitiman K)

massage therapy will not prevent build up of plaques in cornary arteries or carotid arteries unfortunatley

Unless you were to "massage" the actual veins and arteries by entering the body via surgery, then no, external massages will not "smooth" or prevent buildup of plaque in the veins and arteries. Blockages are caused by chemical reactions involving scarring of arteries and cholesterol attaching itself there along with platelets and clotting factors.

Saturated fat raises cholesterol and is found mostly in foods from animals including beef, pork, eggs, butter and cheese. Plants that contain saturated fat are coconut, cottonseed and palm oil, and cocoa butter.
High cholesterol causes high blood pressure. The best thing for high cholesterol is Losing weight. A plant-based diet in conjunction with a properly conducted fast most often leads to a total recovery or a vast improvement in hypertension and angina.
