Heart Attack HELP!!!? |
my dad had 5 heart attacks, it seems like every year he gets one around this time. today he came home from work saying he had chest pains and it went through to his back which he know the feeling to be a heart attack but the pains went away about a half hour later. he saying it could have been gas but he is still worried about it. he wont go to the hospital because he says it is useless to go if he does not have pain because that machine that measures electrolyties or something like that(i dont know what it is exactly) will not work if he has no pain. should we take him to the hospital anyway, even though his pain stopped or should we wait until he has pain again?? take him in now....they can tell if he had a heart attack with the blood work even after the fact, I would take him to the ER and get it checked out. You never know. Better safe than sorry. I agree with everyone else - take him to the ER immediately. He's a fool. Take him to the ER. |
