Had a heart attack in 2004 now i have a hernia not sure if safe to have operation because of heart problems?

have a hernia , not sure if it is safe for me to have an operation or not because i've had a heart attack 2 years ago and i was told that an operation is very serious after having a heart attack. not sure if it is safe to carry on with the hernia or if it is in my best interest to have it removed and what kind of chances i am taking.

I just sat through these appt's today with my father and this was an(heart attack} issue.Different operation, but there is a lot they have to offer. Just talk to them and make your choices from a professional opinion that has your current health history. Check it out, there is no good reason to sit with a hernia if you can be helped.
