Another heart attack question!?

My mother had a triple bypass in April and then had a heart attack sometime last week. The tropinin lvls are high, and theres minor damage to the heart.

She is young, 46, and is going through a lot so Im just trying to get information.

She's getting angioplasty on Friday since they gave her blood thinners she has to wait, and theyre going to put stents in.

Are the chances of having a major heart attack after having a small one, getting treated and a new procedure to help? Is the risk high?

From the medical history it is inevitable, that she go for the stents.
FYI , blood thinners don't work to a long extent, without physical activity and avoidance of risk factors are mandatory.
Without the above they get clogged in a few months tomes, but with physical activity etc. the stent may last for about 10 years.
Wish your mother all the best.

She needs a very low fat diet, and follow as close as possible everything her doctor tells her.

No stress, no smoking, no fatty foods, regular exercise (starting very light), lots of fruit in her diet. No more beef or pork; frequent chicken breast and salmon. No dairy except non-fat. More veggies.

She needs to be in a nice gradual cardiac rehab program to strengthen her heart and her body.
