I'm 21 and am having hearing problems...?

I am 21, a mother of 3.5(currently pregnant), and a stay-at-home mom. I have hardly ever used headphones and such, so I dont think use of and iPod or cd player has caused any of this hearing problem. Its been going on for like 2 yrs now and seems to be getting worse.

I am extremely sensitive to high sounds. They are very painful(even sounds others around me dont have a problem with) for me.
I also cant hear low sounds. There are alot of men that i cant even hear at all because of the tone they talk in. I have to play volume control on the TV and turn it way up on some parts and way down on others.
I also have migraines so that adds to the sensitivity to sound.

I get ragged on for being able to hear somethings just fine and at other times have to ask what a million times.
I've had my ears checked for an infection and thats fine. I know I need to go to an ENT to have a better check I just was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Especially being very young.

what ? no im J.K. , DUDE YOU REALLY NEED TO GO TO THE DR AND GET HELP . YOUR HEARING IS NOTHING TO JOKE ABOUT ARE KEEP PUTTING OFF IIF ITS GETTING WORSE ! YOU NEED TO GET THIS PROBLEM FIXED I WENT THROUGHA SIMILAR EXPERIANCE NOT TO LONG AGO WERE I ACCIDENTLY PUSHED EAR WAX INTO MY EAR DRUM . AND IT SUCKED NOT BEING ABLE TO HEAR ANYTHING, ITS PROBLY THE MOST ANNOYING THING I EVER WENT THROUGH , SO GET SOME HELP BEFORE IT GETS ANY WORSE BECAUSE YOUR GOING TO NEED ALOT OF BATTERYS IF YOU WANT TO KEEP ON PLAYING THE " VOLUME GAME "
