I have problems hearing. Physiological or psychological? |
I have trouble listening to people when there's noise around, especially to female voices. The noise level can be low (as low as a fan operating) or as high as a crowd of children having lunch (i work at a school), and I still have trouble understanding what people are trying to say. I can hear the noise just fine but it's like the noise takes over my hearing, making it hard to understand whatever anybody else is trying to say. I'm afraid to ask for them to repeat or to talk louder, i'm only 25 after all. Sounds like a hearing problem and they do make specific hearing aids that block out the back ground noise. you should check it out before it gets worse. it could be anything you might not want to hear female voices or people around you.... psychologically there is a point where if a person does not want to hear another's voice like somebody he hates so much,, the mind automatically shuts down the hearing sensation.... it s possible that you hate people around u so much that you are unconsciously turning your hearing off.. or it could be physical problem like ear infection... etc.. check it out with a doctor or at the clinic first good luck i think u should talk about your problem with a doctor... he will be able to help u better |
