Yes you can get a disability allowance for your child with a hearing problem. it will be very hard at first to get it you will have to fill in quite a number of forms.you also will have to take the child to your doctors to see if the child as hearing problems.if the answer is yes your doctor will then let the orther people know that your child as a hearing problem then they will make you see there people and they will ask you a load of silly questions then in about 6 weeks you will get letter back saying you have got it or you havent.....I hope everythink turns out fine for you
