Does hearing problems can be caused due to a fall? if so, this there any way to treat it n how?

If you hit your head in the fall...It's possible.

As to treatment, if there is damage to any of the structures of the ear, it is very hard to say whether the damage can be reversed. I have a friend...who is a doctor, BTW...who suffered a blow to the head that severely impaired his hearing. While he did eventually recover some of it...it never came back altogether.

I suppose it is possible of the person suffered some sort of head trauma. Best bet to treat is go to a doctor.
