Hearing problem please help?

I can hear clearly but someone speaks SUDDENLY I cannot understand what he/she is saying. I can hear 96% clear sound. E.G:--(1)If there is loud noise & I & my friend are talking then I can't hear what he speaks.
(2)I sit in front bench of my classroom with my friends. If someone cracks jokes from the backside then all the class will laugh EXCEPT ME because that person had suddenly cracked the joke & then I have to ask my friends that what did he told? / what happened?
PLEASE HELP ME. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM.

I think this not problem of Ur ears it is due to Ur mind u have to open Ur mind every time, I think u have problem of fear like u thought that what r u going to do is may be wrong this fear is
PROBLEM. Solution is that u have to enjoy Ur life's every moment, every minuets and every hrs. So START TO ENJOY UR LIFE. AND AUTOMATICALLY U FILL THAT U R ABLE TO LISTEN EVERY THING. NEVER THOUGHT U R WRONG BUT PROVE ALL TIME THAT UR RIGHT

You would be better going to the doctor and getting your ears checked to make sure they are not blocked.

go to an audiologist and get your hearing checked

if its serious then my god go to a doctor!!

take buts & clean your ears daily and consult E&T specilist

You need Immediately visit a ENT specialist buddy.
Don't waste your time over here.

What you have to develop is concentration. You seem to be blank minded now and then.Prctice yoga which improves mind concentration and also genaral health.
There is a specilised institute in Mysore for all hearing problems. It is well equipped with latest instruments.(Danish aid)

You may write to The Director,All india Institute of speech and hearing , Manasa Gangotri, Mysore,Karnataka.

You describe your problem clearly or meet them. They have well trained therapists all over India. You may ask them to locate one nearest to your area.Take the problem seriously as it may otherwise impede your progress in life.

This is a strange problem. It may be due to 2 diffeent problems. The inability to hear after loud noises suggests a structural problem in the inner ear. You may need a MRI and also see an ENT specialist. You may also have decreased attention and concentration due to the impaired hearing. I hope that you are in the front of the classroom to soak in your information

try debrox drops, buy at walgreens, sounds like a wax build up

What?

try to be attentive

get a voice recorder and take it around with you.

you better get to a E&T doctor asap. permanent damage is imminent!
