How to avoid hear problems?


I am feeling very uneasy, and uncomfortable in my hear place .pls suggest me the some good options to avoid heart problems

If you experience any symtoms of a heart attack, contact your doctor and go immediately to the emergency room of the nearest hospital, even if the symtoms only last a few mintutes; half of all heart attacks deaths occur within three to four hours the onset of the attack, so a person suffering from a Heart attack requires immediate medical attention.

. Make sure your diet is well balanced and contains plenty of fiber; studies have found that among the sources of dietary - fiber cereal
Vegetables, and fruit - that fiber from breakfast cereals apperas to be the most beneficial
.Eat plenty of raw foods, for protein eat boiled fish or skinless chicken & Turkey, which is low in fat.
Indude garlic and onion to your diet; they contain compounds that help reduce the serum cholesterol levels.
. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables
. Add raw nuts ( except peanuts ) olive, oil, pink salmon, trout, tuna, Alantic herring and mackerel to your diet; these foods contain essential fatty acids

. Dont consume stimulants, such as coffee or black tea, that contains caffeine also avoid tobacco, alcohol and chocolate.
sugar, butter, red meat, fats(particulary amimal fats and hydrogenated oils)
Fried foods
processed and refried foods soft drinks, spicy foods and flour products such as white bread

Drink steam - distilled water only and get at least 8 - ounce glasses everyday.

. Eliminate all sodium from your diet
. keep your weight down obsiety is a risk factor for Heart attacks and High blood pressure - get regluar moderate exercise.

see a cardioligist,get tests done ,find preventive measures
