I have a lot of health problems and since i have shifted to a new city my parents are not finding a doctor.?

i am a 16 yr old and i have had allergies for the past 4 yrs and ive been on anti allergies. im asthmatic for the past 4 years.
6 months ago i got so depressed that i ended up on anti depressents. i have a weak eye sight and i have regular migranes. and if this is not enough im starting to have hearing problems aswell. my first question is that how do i know if my hearing problem is temporary. since i attend college and currently im the top student of my class i feel i cannot hear my teacher well despite the fact i sit in front.im really depressed again.my second problem is that ever since i moved to a new and a bigger city my parents are not finding me a doctor.
even though our medical is totally free they dont have the time to take me to a doctor.i used to visit my doctors all alone but now since this city im living in is as big as New York i cannot go alone and neither im familar and i cannot drive here since im underage. im worried it might be to late for my ears. what should i

Your college should have a health center. Even if your parents don't want to help you should have separate health coverage by your school. Typically they will evaluate you and refer to a specialist if needed. Make sure you see an audiologist for your hearing they are the experts.
