Hard of hearing = disable and able to get mediaid?

i have a hard of hearing problem... i can hear people when they standing close to me and talk loud to me... but not when they are whispering to me or stand far away from me... Do you think im qualify for mediaid?

if you can get a doctor to say you need it you could well get what you are looking for but if not you can always appeal it

you have to go through many tests from several Dr's before you can get it=and then only if you qualify
