Have hearing problemand no family support i want to wake upearly morning.as i had no habbit but need it .?

I DO NOT HAVE MY FAMILY SUPPORT. AND HAVE TO DO MANY WORKS . I M ALSO PHISSICALLY WAEK AS I M 5 FT 5IN AND MY WEIGHT IS ONLY 35 KG . PLEASE SUGGEST ME WHAT TO DO TO GROW MY HEALTH AND ALSO TO WAKE UP EARLY MORNING SO THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO DO MY WORKS AT THE TIME. I HAD ALSO HEARING PROBLEM THAT I CANT HEAR LIGHT VOICE SO I CANT HEAR ALARM CLOCK

eat plenty and well make sure you have a big breakfast. try using the vibrating function on a mobile phone as an alarm, i know a deaf bloke does similar. when you have sorted the alarm out then establish a good routine of waking early and moving about pretty soon your body will become it's own alarm clock and you will wake up out of habit good luck!!
