Am i becoming ill (psychologically? ) ? Problems with comprehension.Help!?

I'm sometimes having difficulties with comprehending and speaking. It's not that i don't hear,it's when i call to somebody or get a call and answer, the first few moments i'm struggling with talking clearly as it's like i don't understand what i'm saying or what i'm hearing,(i'm not a native english speaker but that's not the issue coz it happens also when i麓m speaking in my native language).Am i going crazy or what? I've been working in an noisy enviroment (nightclubs) for years, but i don't think it's a hearing problem because usually i hear everything as normal. It's like my mind creates a sentence but i say it out loud without kind of hearing it..It's embarassing sometimes coz my mates think i'm ignoring them, but really i'm afraid to tell that i didn't understand what they said and i'm afraid of saying anything coz it might come out unclearly. Now i'm frantically scared of phonecalls and random er..attacks while i'm conversating with people! What might it be? Hope i explained enough.

this is a panic attack that you are suffering ie afraid to answer the phone etc
it sounds more like a built in mechanism for avoiding what is scaring you
this is vary real to you yourself and yet seem such a mundane thing to your friends etc
go talk it through with your gp who will if any good refer you to a psychotherapist not a pschychatrist big difference and they will help you come to terms with this problem and show you coping mechanisms and ways to deal with it mild medication may be able to help on short term basis for this
one thing for sure is you are not going crazy

many people can feel or may them selves ill or feel ill by becoming pschosymatic this means they feel so bad that they show external signs of an illness but internally they are in reasonable health
still check it out with your gp get a psychotherapist and you will be fine the amount of time it takes varies from 3 months to 6 months sometimes a lot less or longer depending on your own severity of the natute and your own coping mechanism and stratagies
good luck and good health
remember you are not alone

your welcome hunny just go see that gp of yours and get the quality of life back you so desire and wish.
It will work and it will come to you and for you
good luch and best wishes and good health
:-) and the world will :-) with you Report It

hearing is a bit like sight. If you have shortsight, then how can look some distant things clear. I think y'd better have your ears check to make sure your hearing is ok. If it is ok, then you can post your question again then we can see what happen. bless.

Poor you, you really need to see a doctor. It could be nothing serious but it is the only way to find out for sure. Good luck

Nothing sounds really wrong. You may have a lot on your mind or stressed out...I would see a doctor about that.

It could be a side effect of some medication that you are taking, or illegal drugs you have taken in the past, but if none of this applies to you, I suggest you make an appointment with your GP.

You are DEFINATELY not going crazy. Talk to your doctor and try to explain exactly what you are experiencing. If it helps you, be calm and write down what you want to say before your visit and give that to the doctor. S/he will understand.
