Hearing aid problem? |
well as u all dont know i wear one hearing aid the problem is i went out on sat night got a bit drunk and fell asleep with it on the problem is i took it out to give my ear a break i didnt realise that the tip of it has dislodged into my ear and cant get it out i feel light headed and a bit sick my partner decided to go and play football instead of taking me up to the hospital i have no money on me for taxis dont get my wages til fri the hospital is a mile away do u think that was wrong what he has done i have to go to work like this all he said was its not an emergency but am genuinly not feeling very good what you all say about this and no i have no family near by to take me just to let you all know befor u say. oh i know its there i can feel it under my ear lobe. my hearing aid is a small thin tubing with a small rubber tip that i can take of as a disopable one to replace a new one. I think your partner is terrible for not taking you to the emergency room to have this bit of hearing aid removed. You could well have an infection too. Get your GP to do a home visit... Explain you have Vertigo, and therefore can't leave your house... From what I can see of my dad`s hearing aid, the rubber end piece is quite large, could you get it out with tweezers, VERY CAREFULLY of course ? Oh and make your partner beg forgiveness ! |
