Democratically elected human behavioural disorders?

I heard that a group of doctors sat in a room and agreed whether to make ADD a pucker disease.

I even heard that they made GSAD (Generalised Social Anxiety Disorder) up. Its for all the people that loose sleep and get 鈥榮tressed out鈥?for鈥︹€ell any reason, the dog pooped on the carpet, children dieing in Iraq.

I know of

ADD : Attention Deficit Disorder
OCD : Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.
GSAD : Generalised Social Anxiety Disorder

What others are there鈥?

I seen many kids munching on sweets drinking fizzy drinks and they've been ladled with ADD - Anyone want to guess why they can't concentrate for more that 3 mins?

I think that ADD is not at all real to the extent that they say it is, very few people really have it. It is just laziness that these people have, and they shouldn't get a free excuse to not pay attention. The GSAD is the same thing, people who don't know how to cope with regular things, so of course it becomes a disease. I have OCD, and I know it for sure, but there are probably people out there who because they do not step on the sidewalk cracks say they have OCD. But, for all of these there are actually sufferers that actually benefit from the all the fake cases because then the researchers get more money to do more research and make better solutions for the problem.

Something to do with unhealthy additives and e-numbers I'd guess. A bit silly isn't it.
