SSI hearing advice please?

I have a hearing in 2 days to get it back. I had it for one year and a judge stopped benefits cuz he thought i was exaggerating my illness. I have severe depression, narcisstic personality disorder, dysthymia, and impulse control disorder as diagnosed by my dr and bipolar as diagnosed by my therapist. My casemanager who only worked with me for 5 months when the casemanager that had me for 4 years quit, is hesitant to testify. I have a lawyer and he wants her to. She may have to be subpeanad. Can I trust her? And what about the varying diagnosis from the DR and the therapist? I'm really nervous. I don't know what I should say myself if asked to speak...

Tell the truth. You can't control what someone else will say, in this case the case manager. If she's hesitant that is probably not a good sign she is in your favour. Hopefully you have other testimony available that supports your case.
