Who knows about eating disorders?

I think i might have an eating disorder, i watch what i eat and contemplate bulimia i have heard if you have thrown up once purposely after eating you are bulimic which i have done but only about 4 times what do you think?

4 times in your life? This month? This week?
You're not considered bulimic if you purge once. It's a disease not an action.

first of all you have to ask yourself if this situation [weight, purging, food, body] makes you suffer, if it affects your life...also think about your body image and how happy or not you are with it...also how [if you at all] compensate for the food you eat [over-exercise etc]...after reflecting about these you might have an idea of what is going on...depending on your answer you might want to seek professional help...
