Do you have the solution for this problem which can turn on my life?

I m 20 yr old guy from india.Here are my problems.
1> Communication prob- i have speech disorder & little bit hearing disorder also.No body understands my speech.I cant pronouce the words properly.I was able to talk well 8 yrs back.At the age of 12 i started having small breasts.I thougt i was a transgender(half man & half woman) person.From that time i stopped talking with people like b4.

if you were trans gender your doctor would have noticed this when you were growing up, lots of guys develope what is called man boobs, the speech problems could be something that your doctor could help you with

ok I am going to tell you something that I just told a girl who wished she didnt grow so much hair on her arms and fingers. now doesnt that seem like small stuff? It is to you and me but to her its big. anyway, you must love who you are. when you do this and sometimes it is hard but when you do it others will love you too. and any body who does love you for who you are is somebody and anybody who doesnt is well they aint sh1t! I have a daughter who was born with spina bifida and she has besides the probablem of looking different she has to lif=ve with great physical pain. and ofcourse mental pain. I love her and some where along the line maybe when I had another child I lost some closeness with her and well she dont love herself like she used to so I feel so guilty about that. but this isnt about me its about you right now. but you may need to see a mental health councilor(I cant spell) my daughter does and it helps her to talk to someone. annnnny wayyyy. it all boils down to you. you must must must love and accept yourself the way you are and remember that God loves you and I love you. be kind to others and most of all be kind to you and follow Gods instructions, which will be in the Holy Bible,. love love love. thats the key.
