I THINK i have an anxiety disorder, i hear that certain foods can decrease anxiety, is this true?!?!? |
If so, what foods are they, they must be low calories because i'm on a diet....and also, are there any tips on how to get anxiety to go away, without meds or talking to people about whats bothering you? haha, thanks! Hiya, you want to find foods that are high in tryptophan e.g. Chicken, Spinach, Spirulina, Crayfish, Oily Fish (tuna, salmon) and others. Try googling for more. I think so you can heal just about anything with foods or herbs , just check with your doctor 1st and always .......good luck I have been researching for a few weeks about this too.....so good luck ... im not sure i suffer from anxiety and no matter what i do it alway comes back in the end. I worry about alot of things talk to ureself try and sort out ure problems with ureself. But the best person to talk to is ure doctor i find if i havea problem and im worrying alot i go to my doctor and he helps i feel better and whatever i was worrying abt goes away. Hope you feel better soon :) x I suffer from anxiety and I noticed that no foods will help make them go away, but staying away from caffeine will help to a certain extent. Caffeine makes you hyper and speeds up your heart rate feeling this way is an easy trigger for me to get a panic attack. Its hard, but sometimes I have to avoid things like soda, coffee, and chocolate. More teas than foods. Don't quote me on that but there are a lot of organic teas that calm and sooth. May want to try those. |
