Have you heard of a disorder that makes your body feel like it is being poked when you get hot?

when my friend gets hot from the sun or drinking tea his body starts feeling like he is being poked with needles and then he gets a real bad headache and feels very weak

sounds like a hot flash.

I'm not sure about the headache and feeling weak, but I often feel like I'm being poked by needles whenever I'm hot... like right now! If you hadnt included the part about headaches and feeling weak, I wouldn't be worried about it. But after hearing that, I think you should encourage your friend to see a doctor or something.
