Help with Health insurance?

I was wondering something about health insurance -
i'm divorced - my ex is suppposed to have health insurance on the child.

He has health insurance on it - so I have a blue cross blue shield card for that.

my ex has remarried - and his wife also has health insurance through blue cross blue shield. And with hers, she also put my kids on her insurance.

My question is: can my kids step mother also have insurance on my kids -- is this legal. Before I start using both insurances - I want to make sure this is legal to do.

Yes, it is legal and you should be thankful to her.She got the family plan and put the kids as well.
Her insurance will kick in if your insurance (first) or your husband's( second) do not cover items.
