Is bounce(fabricsheet) safe to use? Its on EPA's hazardous waste list.?

Is it safe?

I personally won't use it even though it is safe to use. I feel that this is a product that is not enviormental friendly. I perfer to use the liquid softners that are biodegradeable. I brought the big bottle in the beginning and now use the refill boxes to fill it up. Go GREEN.
