Hay fever....?

Can you have hay fever without sneezing? Just feeling fatique and barely sneeze, just off and on during the day? Has anyone expperieneced it before? I have it, finally went to the doctor, he said it was hay fever but said i didnt need any medication. I just been feeling fatique and once in a while ill sneeze and my eyes will water when i yawn. This has been going on for 4 days. Its like you have a bad cold but without no symptoms, just like a cloudy mind. Its not my thyroid at all...

Like when i first wake up, my sinus's are kind of stuffed. I have to blow my nose and clear it. My throat was also sore then it went away. I'm 15. lol but the doctor said i was okay.

Well at least you have ruled out thyroid problems. I dont sneeze with allergies but my eyes get itchy. I think the symptoms vary from person to person. Did the doctor mention anything about diet as this can add to the allergy problems.
I do get the sore throat on waking and also when i go out for a walk where allergy is worse it makes me feel dry. I just drink water and it usually goes away.
When i first had hayfever i did not know what it was. I told a friend and she identified the symptoms. I dont take medication either as i dont get it that often only in the height of hot summer or grass cutting season.
Also rats set it off for me for some reason. My friend kept pet rats and i had a sore throat every morning. Some people also have problems with dust mite.

Must be what I have right now.

Age wouldn't make a difference, all you need is something to try from the drugstore, ask the pharmacist what's best recommended for your symptoms. There's Allegra, reactin, claritin.

good luck mi amigo!

sounds to me like just a sinus problem...usually happens when the weather changes from warm or hot to cold for a few days...once the weather stabilizes, it usually goes away...i live in louisiana, and go through it about 5 times a year...you can take some medication for the symptoms, but they really don't help that much...you just have to tough it out.

go get your self some claritian from wal mart. If that doesn't help even the slightest bit then I would head back to the doctor. I know hay fever can be a ***** I have a sever case of it and my nose has not stopped dripping for about a month now.
