Hay Fever and Gas?

I have allergies and to accomdate that I also have hay fever right now. If you suffer from this as I do it sucks worse than allergies can. Because it's all the symptoms of a common cold minus the 'fever'. On top of it I notice that I am extremely gassy and have sour stomach. Do you know if your intestinal track is jacked up too when one suffers from hay fever and why?
