Hay Fever.. what shall i do ?

Hello Everyone,

From couple of days, I am suffering from hay fever. my eyes are burning... Nose is running... body is aching.. I can hardly do anything...

Already taken the medines like... Zirtek, ParaCetaMod etc etc...

But they all are not helping me.. I dont know what to do..

Do you have any recommendations... ?? I shall be highly thankful to all... cheers..

I get such debilitating allergic reactions to some things that it often turns into bronchitis. I am thankful, thankful, thankful, for the corticosteroid nose spray that the doctor prescribed for me. It sort of "tricks" my body into not being allergic to whatever it is that causes me to shut down. I take Beconase AQ. I have tried Flonase but it made my nose bleed.

If you think you can get a handle on the allergy with a pill, try taking Benadryl.

I've tried the effervescent tablet from Airborne, which helps a little. May be a subconscious thing.

But then again, I have what they call allergies, not hay fever.

May I suggest try wiping your face with a cold wet cloth, and using something like "Ocean Spray" (normal saline solution spray for the nose).
