Could my Hay Fever be causing this and what can I do about it? |
Every 2-6 min I have to take in this big sniff of air(through nose) because I am not receiving enough oxygen and if my sniff is too big I get dizzy. Its feels as if my lungs are small and if I start coughing I can't stop. And yes I am sure that I DO have Hay Fever because I have seen my doctor before and he said I had so there. This happens in the winter because the air is so dry. The more humid the air the less crappy I feel. West. Rain is causing humidity. Hey cake, Where do you live? That makes a big difference. I am in Tn where the air is humid. Are you in a dry state? Could be making your hayfever worse. see if the doctor will prescribe an inhaler for you, it helps with opening up your airway so you can breath better |
