Natural cures for hay fever? |
its spring and i have hay fever, feel lethargic and sneezing all the time. anyone know of any natural remedies? HELP PLEASE! Use of honey and petroleum jelly It's spring, is it? Doesn't time fly.... Local honey. rub lavender oil under your nose. Yes the honey must be local from around where you live for it to be effective, honey Apparently if you eat a teaspoon of local honey (must be from your local area as it will be made from the same pollen that is setting off your allergy) once a day in the few months preceding and during your hayfever season, you will build up immunity to local pollens, which would help with your hayfever. Another natural remedy which i use (which I find works pretty well for me) is New Era Combination H tissue salts. This is a homoeopathic remedy, and comes as small tablets which you can take throughout the day to help ease the symptoms. Good luck, I know from experience that hayfever can be a horrible downside to spring and summer. small quantities of semen, taken orally at regular intervals Don't really have a clue, but i found this link: I use Xango. I haven't been sick at all in a year! I have listed several websites below for you to do your own research... |
