Can Hay Fever be passed onto another person? Or in other words can you catch Hay Fever off somebody else?

Many Thanks

It is definately not possible to get hay fever from someone else or to give it to anyone. It is an allergy, it is a personal issue. You may be born with some and you may develop others throughout your life. But it's defaintely non-communicable.

No, Hay Fever is caused by an allergen found in the environment.

only if the both of you were in the haystack together for longer than 15 minutes.

Nope. Hay Fever just means allergies
