Is that bad doing push up or other exercises when you have hay fever or you are sick? |
I do push up every morning,but this morning when I woke up I was sick and I had hay fever,is that bad to keep doing push ups?or maybe I should stop until I get heal? well you should be resting...but if you want to do push ups go for it.. |
